S01E01 Bulletproof Coffee – Loads of butter in coffee, really?

My recipe for Bulletproof Coffee 

  • 24oz Freshly ground and brewed organic coffee (Or hot organic Tea if you prefer)
    Remember to never use preground coffee as it oxidizes 
  • 4oz or a whole stick of Kerrygold unsalted butter
    You can use salted butter, if you enjoy salty coffee
  • 2 tablespoons of Sports Now MCT oil
    This is the key to moving your body into ketosis
    Start with 1 teaspoon and increase every couple of days up to 2 tablespoon
    This is how you may avoid “disaster pants” according to Dave Asprey 
  • Blend it all at a very high speed for 10-15 seconds until fully emulsified
    This may be done using a blender or hand Immursion Mixer
  • Drink and enjoy as you pack away 1,000 calories of healthy saturated fat
    1 meal replacement for females and 2 meal replacements for men
  • Now food cravings for unhealthy and additict food will be crushed
    Choose healther options for meals and snacks like low sugar and low carbs
